Help Martha Fight IPF
Donation protected
Martha Baldwin has been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), a chronic, irreversible and ultimately fatal disease characterized by a progressive decline in lung function.
Martha’s disease has progressed to the point of being life-flighted to Mayo Clinic on October 4, 2017. It was determined that a lung transplant is required and she needs to stay at Mayo until lungs become available. Once this occurs, she will be in the hospital for one week followed by three months at the transplant house.
Because of the rapid progression of the disease, Martha’s husband Jerry has taken a leave of absence from work. The lack of income coupled with medical costs and living away from home for an extended period of time are overwhelming.
Please do what you can to support this precious couple during this extremely difficult time.
