Help Mariela with her Breast Cancer treatment

Her name is Mariela Peña, she is my grand aunt. she survived breast cancer before, which they performed a radical mastectomy in her left breast, after three years the cancer reappears in the right breast, causing more complications in the neck area, damaging the brain mass due to a metasis, and in the left lung a benign nodule the which complicates her state of health. She is Venezuelan but she's currently located in Colombia getting the treatments that she needs. However, for her to get the proper treatments she needs to be in a good economic position which she's not.
Please help us to get my grand aunt the appropriate attention for her condition, she is the sweetest woman in this world and she doesn't deserve to be in this situation right now.. any help would be much appreciated.
