Help Luna's fostering and rehoming costs

See further below for Luna's story

Why we are raising money: A few individuals stated they would like to donate to help with the costs of fostering Luna, we hadn't considered setting up a funding page but it's a great idea as it can cover any treatment  and vaccination she needs, she needs spaying and it could help towards the adoption fee for the right person looking to rehome her! Anything that helps her be happy and healthy is brilliant in my opinion so if you'd like to donate that would be so lovely and thank you so much in advance! The support from the local communities has been amazing!! Much love, Carly and Dan x

On December 23rd this lovely girl ran out in front my car when driving through Findern, thankfully I stopped in time and my partner Dan jumped out the car and managed to get her, she was covered in horse muck and very submissive and anxious. We got her home and she stayed with us overnight, the next day the dog warden collected her. At first the owners seem relieved their dog was okay, but then left her in the kennels over christmas; they've now denied she's their dog. I've since discovered she lived outside with horses and regularly escaped out of the yard, she's so submissive she has clearly been mistreated or neglected in some way, despite this she is SO loving and sweet and just wants kind attention. As she needs rehoming she was going to be sent to battersea in London however we really hoped she could be adopted locally and kept out of kennels therefore we are now fostering her for a month to give her a better chance of finding a loving new home locally

We have called her Luna, she's a husky cross (maybe crossed with collie) and so she's a smaller husky, her age is approximately 3-5 years old. A vet exam states she seems in good health. She is slightly boss-eyed but has no visual impairment. So far she has shown no sign of aggression towards people or other dogs and is fine with my two dogs. Despite not being lead walked she walks excellently and does not pull, she does need general training and isn't used to having things done to her (such as bathing or drying paws with a towel), she is not house trained but we are working on it
