Help Luna get back surgery

I am raising money so I can afford to get my dog Luna back surgery. We were recently in a pretty serious car accident and Luna damaged a vertebrae. She isn't completely paralyzed but the swelling on her spinal cord is preventing her from controlling her back legs and she is in an extreme amount of pain. I don't want my dog to suffer and if she doesn't get surgery her recovery could be much longer and more painful, if she recovers at all. My next best option is to put her to sleep but I am willing to try whatever I can to help my girl. I'm not usually one to ask for help but I'm not able to afford the surgery at this time. Luna is only 8 months and I really want to give her another chance to live a good life. Anything helps
