Help Luke Bustin’s Fight Against Stage 4 Melanoma

Hello Friends & Family,

I'm reaching out to you today to share Luke Bustin’s story. A few weeks ago Luke received a heartbreaking diagnosis of stage 4 melanoma at the young age of 40. This shocking diagnosis has turned his world upside down and left he and his family facing a difficult journey ahead. Luke is a devoted husband to his wife Sarah, loving father of two young boys ages 6 & 16 and a hardworking, compassionate man. He has always been there for his family, friends, and community and now he needs our support and prayers more than ever. As Luke focuses on fighting this aggressive disease, he is facing financial uncertainty on top of the emotional and physical challenges of his treatment journey.

Luke is an accomplished Red Seal carpenter whose ambition led him to follow his dream of starting his own carpentry business. Unfortunately, due to his sickness and treatment, Luke is unable to work and ineligible for EI benefits, leaving him with no income to provide for his family. Luke & Sarah are immensely grateful for the support of family members who are doing all that they can to help financially.

Both Luke and Sarah have been incredibly touched by the outpouring of support from numerous individuals who have reached out, asking how they can help during this difficult time.
