Help Lucy - First American Samoan Female Surfer

My name is Lucy Matatutia - Jarrard, and I am the first Samoan Female Surfer to represent American Samoa Surfing Association. I'm excited to announce that I will be surfing in an Olympic Qualifier this May. This opportunity would only be possible with support.
