Help Logan Live with Chronic Pain

Our brave 11 year old son, Logan, began having chronic pain when he was 5 years old. Over the years the symptoms and pain have increased and his quality of life significantly deteriorated. Now he spends a good portion of his life in bed or in a wheelchair, due to the pain.
After many trips to Denver to see his Gastroenterologist, Cardiologist, Neurologist, and surgeon, and many procedures, tests, labs, medications, and tears, he was diagnosed with pediatric Dysautonomia, Postrual Orthostatic Tachycardic Syndrome, and severe Gastroparesis. With no other options, a gastric pacemaker was implanted.
His days consist of chronic stomach pain, chest pain, unstable blood pressure, abnormal heart rates, headaches, exercise intolerance, vertigo, nausea, sensory sensitivity, fatigue, brain fog, the list goes on and on.
His doctors at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children have referred us to Cincinnati Children's Hospital's inpatient rehabilitation program. They specialize in assisting children with chronic pain - especially those with Autonomic Nervous System Disorders. The length of stay is months. Our goal for Logan will be for him to be able to attend school - hopefully without the use of his wheelchair - and learn how to live his life to his fullest potential while living with a chronic illness.
As you can imagine, the years of medical care for Logan in a city 4 hours from our home has caused us to use all of our savings and be in extreme debt. Giving Logan the opportunity of Cincinnati Children's Hospital is beyond our means.
The other day I took Logan to see his Doctor and she asked him if he wanted to go to Cincinnati Children's. He said yes and then began crying and said, "But I don't know how long I have to wait."
