HELP LIZ BEAT THE BIG C

Hi, My name is Jane Davidson Carriker and I’m fundraising for the sister of my heart Liz Chrestman and her fight against cervical and metastatic breast cancer.

The Bible says ask and you shall receive. This is a huge ask! But I believe God can do it!

This is Liz! If you know Liz then you know she has a heart of gold and has helped anyone who ever asked her for help. It’s our turn to pay it back and help her now. Liz truly lives a strong life of faith with a servant’s heart. She brings joy and value to everyone she meets. Liz has given generously to everyone but can not bring herself to ask for the help she needs now, so I am doing it for her.

Liz has metastatic breast and cervical cancer. She has been fighting breast cancer for 18 years with multiple occurrences. In March of this year they discovered Cervical cancer in addition. On June 16th another lump was found and this time the pathology was not what you ever want hear. Metastatic breast cancer. Liz has recently undergone two surgeries - removal of her cervix and a radical double mastectomy. Today, 10/17 she had her port placed and next week she starts chemo and radiation.

Since starting treatment this summer she has accumulated medical bills totaling upwards of $50,000. She is currently on a leave of absence with no pay from her job and will be while she battles her cancer during chemo and radiation.

Even the smallest amounts add up. If you can not contribute financially we ask for your prayers of strength and healing. I know God can meet this need! God bless you all!

The scripture Liz is standing on is Mark 4:39 - Peace be still. I would add Psalm 46:10 - Be still and know that I am God.
