On July 17th Doug tested positive for COVID, by the 22nd his oxygen level had dropped low enough that he was admitted to the hospital, 19 days later, he was gone.

Doug was a fighter and lived 4 days longer than the doctors expected but eventually his body could fight no more, and his Savior welcomed him home with a "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Between the loss of income and all the expenses that occur when someone passes, Lisa is not only under the emotional strain of losing her best friend, she is also facing financial strain.

Doug was such a giving person, helping so many people with, business, personal and spiritual challenges. Every person who every met Doug described him as "such a nice guy," that's because it was his goal to reflect Christ to the world.
