Lisa had an unfortunate slip last Sunday, which left her with two fractures in her lower left leg. After spending a few days in the hospital and going through surgery, she’s now back at home and on the mend. She’s already making great progress, but the doctors have made it clear—this type of injury takes 3-4 months to fully heal, no matter how determined she is.
As many of you know, Lisa just started a new job as a special needs aide within the school district. While disability benefits are a blessing, they only cover part of her income. And let’s be real—most of us know how tough it can be to make ends meet when living paycheck to paycheck. Any loss of income can be a major challenge.
Lisa’s the type of person who’s always there when someone needs a hand—whether it’s a ride, a home-cooked meal, or even a place to stay. She’s helped many of us in more ways than we can count. We also know how humble she is and would never ask anyone for help, but now it’s our turn to show her that same kindness. Any amount you can contribute would mean the world to her and help lighten the load for Antoine and her family, especially with the holidays around the corner and the cost of living being what it is.
Thank you so much for reading this and for any support you can give. Feel free to share this with friends and family. Let’s come together to ease Lisa’s worries and help her focus on healing so she can return to being the sassy, fun-loving girl we all know!
Thank you!
