Help Liberty Sparks Covid Relief in Kenya

This project is directed by Evans Exaud, Founder and Executive Director of Liberty Sparks in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania (photo).  The project will actually be implemented by the Liberty Sparks team in Nairobi, Kenya -- Musila Muoki, Shadrack Abala, and Modester (??)
The team aims to provide relief packages of food staples and other necessities to the poorest families living in slums, who have been hurt most by their government lockdown, which prevents them from going out to work and earning the money they need on a daily basis to buy food.

Due to transport regulations in Kenya, the project shall start with areas surrounding and easily accessible to the capital, Nairobi and Kiambu counties.  If funds permit, additional phases will be organized in the nearby areas of Kitengele and Embakasi.  Our initial funding goal is $3100, to provide relief for 100 families.
