Help Launch Denver's First Puerto Rican Theatre!

Denver is a vibrant, beautiful city with a wonderful community, however, representation is limited to a few select groups. As a Puerto Rican, I have struggled to find a home to celebrate my culture and bring my community together. My play Puerto Rican Nocturne was produced in 2022, and attracted an enthusiastic response from Puerto Ricans in Denver who expressed a desire to have an arts scene that represents their experiences.

We are excited to be partnering with Raíces Brewery and We Are Cultura as our venue partners, as we will be using Raíces' space for auditions, rehearsals, and special events. We have also partnered with Boricuas Unidos en la Diaspora to better raise awareness of our work and the cause for Puerto Rican independence and sovereignty. *We are still in need of a venue for performances of our plays*

Your donations will allow us to pay for the following:

-Emerging Playwright's Project mentors, writers, and staff ($2,500)

-($2,000) Pay sound technicians and studio time for podcast and video version of our plays

-Pay actors and crew for our podcast versions of Empire of Solitude and Denise ($4,500)

-Mount a full production of Empire of Solitude in August 2024 at Buntport Theater.

-Pay for marketing and community engagement efforts ($1,000)

What Will Your Partnership Look Like?

We have several packages for different levels of support, but can also make custom packages to meet both of our needs. Packages can be bought on a monthly or yearly basis.

*Artistic Sponsor Package ($10 a month, $120 a year)

If you are an artist of any discipline, and wish to sell your items at our events, for $10 a month, you will be given a place at all of our shows and public events to sell your merchandise. 100% of merch sales belong to the artist.

*Artist Partner Package - Open our shows!

If you are a performing artist looking for additional exposure, this package will not only allow you to sell your merchandise at our shows, but also perform prior to the show and during intermissions. 100% of merch sales belong to the artist.

*Community Advocate Package ($100 a month, $1200 a year)

The Community Advocate is a donor whose contributions go toward our operations and staffing expenses, and in return, you will be included in our show programs and be given special access to our workshops and tickets to our shows.

-Free access to our Emerging Playwright’s workshops.

-4 free tickets to our shows.

*Community Partner Package ($500 a month, $6,000 a year)

The Community Partner is a donor whose contributions go toward our operations, staffing, and future development. In return for your support, aside from being mentioned in our publicity and programs, you will be given special access to our rehearsal and casting process, along with other benefits.

-Free access to our Emerging Playwright’s workshops.

-Happy Hour with our playwrights and actors.

-Access to our auditions, where you will be asked for your input, and our first rehearsal (which is a read through of the play).

-8 free tickets to our shows.

*Community Executive Package ($1,000 a month, $12,000 a year)

The Community Executive is our most prestigious package. Along with the same access as the Community Partner and Advocate to the Emerging Playwright’s workshops, you will be given exclusive opportunities that highlight the vital role you play in our operations and future development.

-Your name or your organization’s name will be given a special “Presented By” credit over the title of the play in all publicity and program.

-Moderate a post-show Q&A with the cast.

-An exclusive dinner with the lead actors, director, and Flamboyán CEO.

-Input on casting, and ability to attend any of our rehearsals.

-You will be given a curtain speech to introduce the show on opening night.

-15 free tickets to our shows.
