Help Koda the Pod Cat pay for his vet treatment

Koda the Pod Cat is 6 years old and lives and works at Piedmont Station Food Carts in Portland as greeter, pest control and designated daytime nap-taker. You can find him on Instagram, he's quite a celebrity in our community!
We recently noticed that he had trouble breathing and started wheezing. We took him to the urgent care on 10/14/20 where he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He still needs to see a cardiologist which will determine for sure what kind of heart failure he has, so he can get treated accordingly. Since this was found early, he may live with it just fine if he gets the right treatment.
At urgent care, they performed Examination & Assessment X-Ray (3-view) w/ radiology, Pro-BNP cardiac enzyme screen, Senior Profile 1 and he got medication prescribed to drain built up fluid from his lungs (Furosemide Tablets). We paid $1040.40 for this visit. The cardiologist visit is estimated around $600-800 which is still coming up. All money raised will go 100% towards Koda's medical bills and medication.
He will have to retire from the food cart pod and he will stay with us at home where he gets showered with love, lots of belly rubs, chin scratches and attention to all his needs.
Koda has been part of the food cart pod for three years and he's become a family member to all. He always liked to hang out with us at the pod, so it was an easy transition for him to settle in at our house. He spent time at our house before when he had a leg injury or just last month during the bad air due to the wildfires here in Oregon.
