Help Kobe's heart

Hi there, my name is Andra and I am a dog-mommy. My little boy, Kobe(frenchie-9 months old), has been found with 2 heart murmurs. He needs 2 surgeries that can only get done in North of Ireland: One for his little heart and one for his breathing.

The cost of everything as probably most of yous know, is very high. I am trying to get as little help as possible to try save him and get the best treatment for him.
