Help Kiki's surgeries and recovery

Hi, I am Isabela and I am doing this GoFund to help my mother to have her surgery and a good recovery with no stress.

In 2017, when we still lived in Nicaragua, after noticing that Mom was losing weight, she calmly sat me down and told me she had breast cancer. After months of treatment, the tumor was no longer a threat and for a little bit, cancer was not in our minds. In 2018 we ran away from Nicaragua due to the civil crisis and came to the US, if times were tough enough the Pandemic came right after leaving us in a worse financial condition than ever before. Last year, when we were finally recovering, doctors found another tumor and mom had to go straight to removal.

Ever since we moved to the US, Mom has been in a great deal of pain and now doctors have recommended the removal of her uterus (Hysterectomy) in hopes that it will help with pain management. The surgery was scheduled for May 25th and insurance was supposed to cover some part of it, but since we are immigrants and her documentation has not yet been processed, they didn't approve the surgery so it got canceled.

The surgery is now scheduled for June 29th and we are still unsure how much or if insurance will cover it. I am a full-time student and a full-time worker. Neither I nor Mom can afford to not work or pay for this surgery, hence why I am making this fundraiser.

In hopes of making this surgery happen and letting my mother rest and recover as much time as she needs I am asking for help, any amount is greatly appreciated.
