One year ago, Mike Cannon achieved his lifelong dream: he bought the perfect family home in York County, South Carolina for his children. He poured everything he had into making it theirs — a safe, stable place filled with love and new memories.

Tragically, just one year after closing, Mike passed away unexpectedly. Now his kids are facing the unthinkable: the risk of losing the very home their dad worked so hard to give them while everything moves slowly through probate.

We are raising $7,500 to cover the mortgage payments and related housing costs until probate is complete and Mike’s oldest son can officially take ownership.

Every single dollar will go directly to the mortgage company — nothing else.
