Help Kathy and Cooper with living expenses
Don protégé
Educators Kathy and John Schweikert were married for more than 25 years. They are the proud parents of their son, Cooper.
Tragically, John died of a massive stroke on May 12 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE.
The Schweikerts has just moved to Dover a few months ago for Kathy’s teaching job. Unfortunately, the job was not a good fit and a Kathy had to resign. She is interviewing for teaching jobs, but has not yet even hired.
John had not been working, because of his health problems. They had no life insurance.
Luckily, their new house in Dover is paid for. But Kathy has no savings. She and Cooper are on Medicaid and food stamps right now.
They could use just a little financial help until Kathy gets a new job.
Won’t you please donate, in John’s memory? He was a teacher, Navy veteran, husband and dad.
