Kai and Donna have been hit pretty hard with Covid-19 through personal circumstance as many others have. Donna is a librarian and Kai started his own craft beer and regional wine business shortly after relocating home states, only to be shut down by Covid while trying to build his business up in their community. Beerocracy is a small community bar of craft beers and regional wines. Like many other small business owners, they’ve complied with regulations, applied for available assistances and have been unable to receive the help they need. Their creativity of how they’ve contributed to community and ways to bring in business during a limiting shutdown has been impressive. Their approach of ‘great beers with better friends’ is demonstrated through their relationships with people. Our communities need businesses like these that help bring people together ❤️
