Help Justin recover (& relax!)
Hello-
Thanks for taking a moment to read our fundraiser! Justin and Kadie are always willing to lend a helping hand and now is the time for their community to rally behind him and their family.
On Tuesday, Justin had reached an unbearable level of pain he had been experiencing the past week. His wife immediately took him to the ER where they found out he had a dissection of the left vertebral artery and had, at some point, suffered a stroke.
After a long day in the hospital and passing certain OT/PT tests, Justin was able to return home last night and must now begin the long process of looking for answers, healing, and recuperating.
While he waits for additional scans and testing, he has been instructed to take it easy.
If you know Justin, you know the idea of him sitting around and not being able to work is weighing hard on him.
Justin belongs to IBEW Local One as a journeyman wireman and, once the covid-19 pandemic hit, has had to find work out of town. He should have been out of town working this week, but was thankfully home and was able to be with his family during this scary time. We appreciate every positive in this situation.
This fundraiser is to help offset the lost income their family will face, as well as medical bills that will begin rolling in over the next few months as Justin works with his doctors and neurologists on a plan of action.
It is our hope that this fundraiser will allow him the ability to relax, recover, and feel supported by his friends and family.
I am including his Venmo & CashApp below, should you prefer to donate that way.
