Help Julie and Ron with Julie’s ALS care

My friend Julie has ALS and her suffering and expenses are greatly increasing. Her husband Ron is a farmer and hasn’t been able to work much lately because Julie needs him. 

They are starting hospice soon; this isn’t the end yet, but she needs more than just home health care. She broke both hips recently and is battling constant airway obstructions. She can’t be alone at all.
