Jules and Millie Schexnayder are my grandparents. In August of 2017, they started receiving odd letters from Bank of America giving condolences. The condolences were for my grandfather's passing. The only problem is, is that he's alive and well.
Not only did they start receiving these letters from Bank of America, but BoA also reported this incorrect information to the VA. This resulted in the VA cutting off his checks.
This is all around bad, my grandparents are on a fixed income and for the last 3 months they haven't been receiving this much needed money. Thankfully 10News has assisted by sharing their story but we still need help to care for the bills that are starting to fall behind.
All we ask is donate what you can. To be completely transparent, currently a lawyer is trying to obtained to help support my grandparents fight against the VA and BoA. We are hoping to find someone PRO-BONO, and we are taking every step we can to resolve this situation, your help and support is greatly appreciated!
