Help Jules in her fight against Ovarian Cancer

UPDATE - Jules is back home recovering after her surgery and will soon commence months of chemo treatment.   Jules and Al are absolutely overwhelmed by your donations, love and support.   

We know this may come as a shock to many as you may not know that Jules has been diagnosed with rare ovarian cancer that unfortunately doesn't always respond well to treatment. Jules had a caesarean birth 11 weeks ago with the safe delivery of little Bowie, however, a week after Bowie was born she found out she requires a full hysterectomy and chemo treatment. Bowie is Al and Jules' little miracle baby being conceived naturally after IVF treatments saw the blessing of Buddy (4) and Billy (2).

We all know Al has been a massive support in the Bacchus Marsh and Echuca community raising funds for many organisations and Jules and her family have always supported local sports and charities - so now it's their turn to receive the same generosity they have given to others.

Jules and Al travelled to Melbourne for Jules to undergo surgery and commence treatment on 6 July 2021 for stage 3 ovarian cancer. As a new mum, of course she wants her new baby and hubby beside her but this is financially stressful when you are self employed and still have a mortgage and bills to pay, not to mention the extra burden of costs to undergo treatment, for Al to stay in accommodation in Melbourne and other related costs. We are hoping that with your help, Al can take the necessary time off work to be with Jules and stay in Melbourne with Bowie as long as they need without the financial pressures.
