Help Joshua eat without a tube

Joshua has to go to Austria (www.notube.com) to medically learn to eat orally. He is now 4 years but depends 100% on a feeding tube inserted on his tummy. He also cannot speak because his jaw isn't developed from chewing. Hospitals in UK where he lives cannot help him. His parents also cant afford the cost to Austria. If nothing is done now Joshua will depend on the tube for life! The life of his family currently revolves around the tube and it is depressing. The mother cant work and his father stays home often to respond to Joshua's regular crises. Joshua cries when he sees people eating and rushes to take or throw the food away from them. The family cannot eat together or go out to visit friends. It is very stressful to the family. Please help Joshua so he too can lead a quality life and enjoy his childhood.... And the family can live a normal happy life..
