Transition fund

Hi, my name is Jordyn (they/she) and I’m 20 yrs old. For years I have wanted to transition and live as my authentic self but couldn’t do to lack of support. Although I am an adult now and can legally began, I still face financial burdens that prohibit me from being able to start the process of living my truth. I usually wouldn’t consider something like this but it would only be to began the process of HRT/gender affirming care. Anything is appreciated. Thank you
