Help Jonaah with a wheelchair accessible van

Donation protected
Hello on February 15th 2019 Jonaah stopped breathing at 2 months old, he was admitted into Navient Hospital in Macon, GA for 20 days on a ventilator. They winged him off and he was released in my care and custody on March 16th 2019. While in the Hospital he was diagnosed with Epilepsy, He has several spots on his back left brain. He was released on a g-tube. On March 17th we boarded a plane and I brought him back to Indiana. During these last 2 1/2 years Jonaah has been diagnosed as having Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Chronic Lung Disease. He cannot sit up on his own, he can't stand, he has a g-tube for feedings. He has Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy 3 times a week. We have to travel to Riley Children Hospital 2 times a month. (That's a 300 mile round trip). I'm asking for help to get him a Wheelchair Accessible Van to make it easier on getting him back and forth. We could also use help with lodging and gas. My husband is the only one working because I had to leave my job to become a full-time caregiver. We were given guardianship of Jonaah and his brother in October 2020. Thank you.
