Help Jolene Pay Her Medical Bills

I was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine cancer and Carcinoid syndrome last year and have had to have tests, surgeries, and treatments which are very expensive.  I had to switch insurance plans in the middle of all this, so the max out-of-pocket expenses have to be met twice.  I'm a single mother of 3, who normally works in the restaurant industry, but because of this illness, I am unable to work at this time and my short-term disability has run out.  Any help you can send will be treasured and greatly appreciated by me and my family.  Thank you so much, you beautiful people!
