Help John Kick Cancer’s Ass!
Never did John think that the pain he was feeling in his shoulder whenever he worked out, would turn out to be Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in his collarbone.
Here’s a 27 year old man, with his whole life ahead of him, who is now going through chemo and might need radiation.
It took a little over 3 months, 3 painful procedures and countless tests later, for the doctors to confirm that he does, in fact, have Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.
During those 3 months of traveling back and forth, 2 hours each way, to Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philly, John quickly ran through the majority of his paid leave at work and his savings. And he now has a shoebox filled with medical bills to deal with, as well as whatever unpaid time off he’ll need from work, going forward.
If you know John at all then you know how much he hates putting his story out there and asking for help, which is why his family is doing it for him.
John wears many different hats as a son, a brother, a basketball coach and a teacher, to name a few. He has been a mentor to many young kids in his community as well as a volunteer coach and an assistant coach at East Stroudsburg South and now at Blair Academy.
We know times are tough for many...
Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated! ❤️
