John Alvarez's Fight Against Kidney Disease

Hello and well wishes - thank you for visiting this page and showing your support for our family.

John has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Disease. As a result of this, he recently began kidney dialysis. In order to deliver the medication into his body, a port has been surgically placed in his stomach to aid with the dialysis process. The duration of his needed kidney dialysis is unknown, but we are remaining prayerful for both a kidney and pancreas donation and transplant.

Everyone who knows John knows that he has been an incredible provider in many ways for our Family (Renata, Zachary, Celina, Gianna and his littlest grandchild Mia). We are now hoping that our friends and family will assist with this journey. John has, and always will be about Family and the love that we share between us. Our intent is to raise funds to aid with, and lower the financial trauma/burden that has been undertaken by our Family. Unfortunately, as many of you surely know, insurance does not cover everything. John remains strong in his Godly beliefs and continues to maintain his positive mindset and goals for a brighter and healthier tomorrow.

We are blessed in knowing he has a loving support system of Family & Friends who love him - together we will fight this battle.
