Help John get spinal fusion

After being in a tragic car accident my spinal canal has been pinched causing severe pain and discomfort. Unfortunately the driver was uninsured. Due to pre existing conditions I am unable to receive insurance help. Im asking for help from the world to avoid being in a wheelchair. I have children who depend on me to work and support them. Please anything will help this cause and all is very much appreciated. Without this procedure I could become paralyzed and no longer able to work or support my family please help.
