Help John and Penelope recover from the flood

Hi, John and Penelope are just recovering from the flood a few weeks ago. This time, the water reached about 10" in the first floor.The basement was completely submerged. This one came up very quickly and they were caught off guard and even needed a water rescue to get out. They have been trying to assess the damage and begin to restore things. Unfortunately, because of financial issues, they weren't current on their flood insurance and are in a tough spot. Most of us have been down there to get away and enjoy the river.

They could really use some help.
