Help Jess Recovery from Back Surgery

Last summer I injured my back and never fully recovered. For the last several plus months I've dealt with debilitating back and leg pain that's impeded my ability to work, connect with loved ones, and live life to my fullest expression. 

This surgery will put me out of work for seven weeks and am in the process of applying for PFMLA. We all know how the system can deny or delay these types of processess and this money will be my safety net in case that falls through or won't be paid out till I am already back at work. 

This money will cover:

• bills and utilities for my apartment 

• health insurance and the cost of new appointments 

• items on surgery wishlist to aid in recovery: Amazon Wishlist

• costs for food or grocery delivery while I am unable to properly walk or drive
