Hi, friends! My name is Jess Pillay, and I'm an independent singer/songwriter from Seattle, Washington. Earlier this year, I took a huge leap of faith and decided to pursue my biggest, most ambitious music project yet: MY DEBUT EP!

 

As an independent artist with a small following, I don’t have the support and resources of a record label. And with most streaming platforms paying artists literally a fraction of a penny per stream, it's impossible to recoup production costs through streaming revenue.  On top of that, the pandemic has severely disrupted the creative arts/entertainment industry. So many artists, myself included, have had to deal with canceled gigs and other pay losses.

 

If you feel compelled and are in a position to do so, please consider giving a monetary donation so that I can recoup some of the production costs of this EP. Your generous investment will help me cover the costs of hiring a producer and studio engineer, paying for time in the studio, mixing and mastering, creating the album’s digital artwork, and distributing the finished record to your favorite streaming and download platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, and so on.
