Jerry has been a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan since he was just 3 years old. He loves cheering on his favorite team and can often be found talking football with anyone who will listen. Jerry is also known for his incredible sense of humor. He loves making people laugh and dreams of one day becoming a comedian. His quick wit, funny jokes, and outgoing personality make him a joy to be around. Jerry truly never meets a stranger—he can strike up a conversation with anyone and leave them smiling.
Nyla has a heart as beautiful as her smile. She is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet and has a special gift for making others feel loved. She loves music and enjoys listening to her favorite artists, Chris Brown and Avril Lavigne. Music brings her comfort, joy, and inspiration. Nyla also loves giving hugs and has never met a stranger. Her kind spirit and loving nature touch everyone she meets.
As Jerry and Nyla grow, transporting them safely has become increasingly difficult. Their family is in urgent need of a wheelchair-accessible van that will allow them to attend medical appointments, therapy sessions, school activities, family outings, community events, and their little brother’s sporting events with greater ease and safety.
