Help Jenny Fight!

It's easy to say when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. It's also easy to offer words of comfort or condolence to a person and never back up your words with action. We move through our lives meeting people, being busy, focusing on your own "problems." Sometimes, we are given an opportunity to actually make good on these words, to follow through with promised actions, really make a difference in a life. Jenny Maxwell is that someone who you would want to follow through for...make the actual effort. Not only is she a wonderful friend, she is also a caring Respiratory Therapist, Fiancé, daughter, sister and teacher. Jenny has recently been faced with some devastating news. She has been diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Colon Cancer that also involves her liver. Jenny will be requiring extensive surgery and chemo in the very near future. During this time she will not be working and will continue to be off work for an extended unknown amount of time. As much as she would like to manage this on her own, this is our opportunity to ease the financial burden a serious health crisis places on an individual.
