Help Jay get to his dream college of FAMU

Hi, my name is Demika Sumbry and I am Jayden's mom. He likes to go by Jay. This young man has loved music his entire life. I am extremely proud of my son because rain or shine he plays his drums every weekend to raise money to go to college and purchase a car. Between myself and my 76 yr old father, we get him to Walmart every weekend. This young man practices tirelessly to learn new cadences. He plays whenever he gets a chance. He specifically requested drums as a Christmas gift 2 years ago so that he could sharpen his craft. He played so much we just have to get a new set in 2022. Jay is a hard-working young man. He is not the typical 18 yr old. He's a senior graduating this year and his passion is going to church, community outreach, working at McDonald's and playing the drums to raise extra money. He is not afraid of putting in the time and hard work to make his dreams a reality. It would be a dream come true for him and a prayer answered for his mom to see his dreams become a reality. We are so grateful to see how much his story has touched others. We have been blown away by the outreach. Thank you and may God continue to bless each of you.
