Hi, my name is Jake Nielsen and recently I have won the Danny Awards Fan Favorite award with my band Jake Nielsens Triple Threat. The Danny's is an award show that honors successful Musicians with disabilities. If you've ever seen our show I walk with crutches from Cerebral Palsy. My group Jake Nielsens Triple Threat will be preforming at the Awards show in New York City March 19th. We need help covering our travel expenses for this once in a lifetime opportunity.
