Help Jake Fight! Cancer Treatment

A couple weeks ago, Jake Kohn had unexpected biopsy surgery to remove a lymph node in his neck. Just days later, we got the terrible news of a diagnosis of stage IV Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. For those of you who don’t know, lymphoma is a blood cancer of the lymphatic system.

Jake is only 23 years old and this was totally out of the blue. He is not the type of guy to ask others for help or money. But with being out of work to recover from surgery, and all the testing he’s been getting done the medical bills are already piling up! That doesn’t even include the treatment process of chemotherapy and possibly radiation he is going to need. He will be starting his first chemo session this Thursday 8/16. The treatment will take about 6 months or even longer. We need all the support possible during this difficult time. I don’t want him to have to worry about financial burdens from medical costs.
