Help Jack Yoder with bills as he recuperates

Hi. As most of you know, I recently suffered a heart attack while on a tour. Touring and playing regional shows have become my only source of income over the past few years. At the moment, I'm unable to play those shows until I recuperate to the point where I can handle the physical workload of carrying equipment, traveling, and performing the shows I have been. In the meantime, my current medical condition will not allow me to do this or return to the job I had before becoming a full-time musician. My bills, however, are still coming in and I can use some help.
