Help Isis Study Abroad in Milan

Hello Family and Friends!
My name is Isis Welch and I am currently a Sophomore student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). I am blessed and honored to have been accepted into UNCC's Study Abroad Program and can proudly state that this summer I will be studying in Milan, Italy for four weeks.
Ever since I was a little girl, it has always been a dream of mine to travel all over the world learning about different cultures. Milan is a city filled with an abundance of history that I cannot wait to explore and learn about. My goals while traveling overseas are to expand my educational, cultural, and historical knowledge by visiting the The Milan Cathedral, and The Last Supper by Leonardo Da Vinci. I also want to enhance my leadership skills in order to advance my career in the competitive market of communications and increase my GPA of 3.6.
I am scheduled to take two courses covering the various aspects of the Fashion Market, Mass Communications, and Media Industries within Italy. This program will allow me to attend on-site field visits at a Production Television Studio and an Ad Agency where I can meet with Entertainment professionals. After finishing these courses, I will be closer to achieving my degree in Communications with a concentration in Mass Media and a minor in History.
I am asking that you support me as I courageously pursue traveling overseas to achieve my goals. In order to attend this program, I am asking for assistance to help me raise $6,650, which will cover the two courses, housing, and airfare. Your contributions and support will help alleviate the program costs.
