Help!! In need of a car and rent

My name is Jessica and I really need help to purchase a car and have money for rent this month. I was diagnosed with lupus two years ago and ever since my life has been through so many loops I can’t even keep track. Having such a painful disease has made me go through career changes and most recently I started doing Postmates full time. Last week my car broke down and has to be junked so now I am out of work. I am very worried for myself and my 3 year old autistic son because I can’t be behind on rent and fear if I am I won’t ever recover. I also need the car to take him to all the classes and appointments for him to go on and I don’t want to have him be put on hold for long. I really have no one in my family to help me, my father isn’t in the picture and my mom is on disability. I am asking for so much to find a more reliable car so I wouldn’t have to purchase another one soon. I could really use any and everyone’s help with this and you should know I will truly appreciate it.
