One of our Bright Healing Angels is in need of Loving Support during this time of her personal health crisis.
In January 2022, Lori Opal discovered she had a lump under her left armpit. She had a history of breast cancer in 2012 , and it was quickly confirmed to be a recurrence of her original cancer.
The lymph node affected was deeply enmeshed in her underarm, so a chemotherapy regime of 6 months was needed to be undertaken to shrink it prior to surgery. Her prognosis was positive as her original cancer was Stage I, non-metastatic.
Lori had not needed Chemo in her 1st round of breast cancer, she discovered It was a truly torturous regime. The hope was the poison would kill the cancer, without killing her.
She experienced fatigue, depression, chemo brain, and her ability to maintain working was severely compromised. And is only seeing a few of her clients, as her work deeply feeds her soul. It was hard to eat, she lost 20 lbs, struggling to stay positive.
Chemo left her with Neuropathy (tingling and pain in right hand and both feet) and Lymphedema (painful swelling in her left arm).
Both conditions have left her disabled, barely able to use left arm, and unable to to small tasks with her right fingers.
Her surgery was on July 26, 2022. And suddenly, any hope of a rosey prognosis was gone. She was now officially fighting for her life. New diagnosis: Breast Cancer Stage IV, Metastatic.
What her surgeon saw inside Lori, was many necrotic lymph nodes with a sprinkling of very metastatic cancer she described as "bread crumbs". Then, when they performed an MRI, they found a small brain tumor, which after 3 months grew from 3 to 9mm in size.
Lori is actively searching out all other integrative, and alternative methods of healing that must be paid out of pocket, and is open to receiving unlimited miracles.
