Help Ilia Toli build the vacuum zeppelin

There is the Boeing contest to build a practical flying car. My team is in the first link below. I have the idea since 2012, and presented it in 2014 in a Mars Society contest. With a rigid structure vacuum balloon of radius 4 m, we can lift 327 kg mass.  This is much more than enough to make up for the weight of the structure, and carry a person around, on the cheap. My engineering professors approve of the idea.

Everybody will benefit from this, having a car under $10,000 that moves them from the window of their bedroom to the window of their office. It will save plenty in gas, and infrastructure.

The funds will be used exclusively to build the device. The work will be provided for free from me.

The deadline for the fly-off registration is October 1, 2019.

The support will mean a lot to me. It will be the fulfillment of a long-coveted dream that will have big impact in the society by saving gas, time, pollution, car accidents, lives.
