Give Ikhlas a new heart and lungs

Ikhlas is a doctor and mother of five little kids. She and her husband live and work in Saudi Arabia. 
Unfortunately she had multiple clots in the lungs causing her heart and lung to fail.  She gets hospitalised repeatedly in critical care units. Her only solution is a heart/lung transplant ASAP. 
Ikhlas is a young doctor and a mother. Please help her fight this serious heart and lung illness.
