Help Herobula get a doctor’s appointment

I’ve been untreated with mental disabilities and  mental illnesses for a very long time, a proper diagnosis would help me get a better understanding of myself and how to treat it as well as the possibility of helping me obtain health insurance! I know I've been officially diagnosed with ADHD, but it is also highly likely I have autism (no official diagnosis for it though which is why I'm making this) and other mental disabilities I may not be aware of.  I want to finally get treatment and move forward becoming better and healed! Thank you!

This is not an emergency, but I would like to get treatment for it as soon as I can!
