Help Helotes Small Business Catch Up

We are a small consignment business hurt by the recent shut down. We have business of 20 individual sellers, that were doing fine considering that some people have had to shut down completely. Unfortunately we have problems and like everyone knows problems seem to compound one on top of another. We had no revenue for rent in April but unfortunately still have a lease obligation and when our lease review came up, because of missing the April payment, it was discovered we have a back payment due to a repeated invoice error (not in our favor) so sadly it is also due. Third problem is our building AC is now out and we as commercial lease holders are responsible  for its maintenance. We were denied the PPP loan because of our lack of conventional employees, our staff are mainly volunteers because we are a consignment shop and we all work to support and sell our product. Sadly and lastly we contacted a lawyer hoping to find some legal ground to fight on, we do not. The Lawyer was not free so his fee is now also a compounded expense. These are our circumstances and we thought this may be an option for help. We need to catch up and are hoping for some help from our fans, friends and community. We have survived but may not continue if our sales  do not increase substantially or the number vendors grow in the next few months. That is not likely with growing uncertainty in retail so that’s where this help is needed.
