Helena won her place in Heaven

My younger sister has been battling cancer for over 3 years. Everything that could go wrong has. It started as non invasive bladder cancer. It turned into highly aggressive invasive . After months of BCG treatment which failed she had to have her bladder removed and a total hysterectomy. Due to 3 previous C - sections she had to have emergency transfusions and a second surgery the next day to stop the bleed. It was terrifying and horrendous. Various complications followed: blood clots, C Diff, burst colon , 3rd emergency surgery, intravenous feeding for 9 months. Due to all of the above could not get treated. Tumors spread and grew throughout the body; femur, sacrum, pelvis, lymph nodes, liver, lungs, ureters, etc. She has 3 teenagers- 2 in college , 1 in high school. Husband is extremely hardworking electrician and has had to take off inordinate amounts of time. Pension wiped out, equity lines of credit exhausted . Now getting chemo which Thank God is finally helping . Need help to pay bills piling up. Her children are extremely bright and hardworking. My neice now has a calling to be a nurse.  She has a 3.96 average her first year even going through this and I would hate if she could not continue at her university due to lack of funds. Unfortunately , even when there is a need , middle class earners fall in the cracks for government assistance.   My nephew is in NJIT architectual school,  my youngest nephew is 16 years old and has achieved all A's. My sister had home schooled her children but of course cannot continue with the youngest as she has a 24 hour struggle to survive and keep fighting.  She will soon need aides and/or nursing care once my neice goes back to school.  I live far away and fly there as often as I can but cannot be there permenantly.  My Dad is 87 and helps as much as he can.  He has lost 5 other family memebers to cancer and is a survivor himself. My brother has dedicated his lifes' work to finding a cure.  He is a cancer research doctor.
I have never asked for help in my life but am asking now.  Financial stress on top of everything else is tremendously draining. I appreciate you listening to our story and thank you for any help you can offer.
