Help Harito with his medical needs

Harold Montoya Gonzalez is a 13 year old boy who was born in TRUJILLO, Peru. 7 months into his mom’s pregnancy, he was diagnosed with TOXOPLASMOSIS which causes MICROCEPHALIA. Exactly two days later Harold was born. At the time of his birth the doctors gave him 15 days to live. With the love and constant care of his family, he is now 13 years old but due to his disease process, he has absolutely no control over his body’s function which resulted in other medical problems such a scoliosis. Unfortunately he has outgrown his special wheelchair and is unable to use it which has forced him to be on the sofa all day without any movement. This has made it extremely difficult for his parents to take him to therapy and provide any medical assistance that he needs. Although the community has a significant role in helping him and his family, the Peruvian government doesn’t provide adequate assistance to help with the basic necessities that would allow him and his family to have any quality of life.
We are asking for help so we can help provide these basic necessities and purchase a special wheelchair and have it shipped to him.
