Help Gwyneth Go To Sunny Hollow Montessori

I am writing to you on behalf of Gwyneth for an important consideration.
As you may know, Gwyneth is graduating from her 6th grade year at Cornerstone Montessori Elementary Next year, she will be embarking on her indelible junior high years—7th and 8th grade—and she’s been accepted into a wonderful private school, Sunny Hollow Montessori. Gwyneth as been accepted to two other schools as well, though neither one is a Montessori school that will reflect her Montessori education which began when she was 15 months old. And unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we have been unable to conduct on-site visits to these schools in order to help us make a more thoroughly vetted decision. Nevertheless, Gwyneth has already decided that Sunny Hollow Montessori is her top choice, after a full day visit in the Junior High program last March. In Gwyneth’s words, she described Sunny Hollow as:
“Everyone seemed really nice! All the teachers were nice!”
“I like that it’s a smaller school, like I’m used to.” (Gwyneth’s current teacher echoed how beneficial a smaller school is for her at conferences this Spring).
When asked why she prefers Sunny Hollow to the other schools she was accepted, she stated the idea of going to another non-Montessori school is off-putting; because Montessori schools are “open to letting me learn whatever I am interested in.”
Gwyneth would also welcome connecting with you directly about her reasons for wanting to attend Sunny Hollow for Junior High. Just ask!
Thankfully, Sunny Hollow graciously offered her a substantial scholarship to attend for the 2020-2021 school year. As a steadfast Montessori supporter, I am committed to providing Gwyneth (and all of our children, for that matter) with the best education I possibly can. Thus, I am seeking your generosity and consideration in contributing toward one half of the remaining parental obligation, 1/2 amounting in $3500, while I personally contribute the other half. Naturally, I've reached out to Andy about contributing toward a portion of the tuition as well, but I have yet to receive any statement of interest of commitment of financial assistance from him.
If you would be willing to contribute any portion of Gwyneth’s tuition so she can attend her top choice school, we would both be ever so grateful!
