My name is Alex Mencos from Deka Trading in Miami. We are a Guatemalan food importer company. I am also from Guatemala.
This time asking for your help.
People are suffering from Fuego Volcano eruption from Sunday June 3rd. Many are without home, food, water, medicines, etc. We are acting here at our warehouse as a center for receiveing donations for this catastrophe. They will be shipped next week.
Now, it is always a good moment to give a hand to the less fortunate ones. Need more help. Please donate. Any amount is good.
We will be sending all donations to Guatemala and our local office in Guatemala City is contacting different places and charities to donate and work with the collected funds ( Medicines, water, food ready to eat, diapers, etc )and deliver them to the ones in need. Every cent will be put to good use. Invoices from purchases or receipts for donation can be provided at any time.
As soon as we reach our goal (hoping is more), I will be requesting the funds to be transferred to Guatemala for them to reach the charities that will use the funds or materials in need. We will be doing this partnership with Caritas Arquidiosesana Guatemala ( https://www.facebook.com/caritasarquidiocesanagt/ )and Hope of Life Guatemala (www.hopeoflifeintl.org).
