Help Grandma Jeans, Husband battle with Dementia

The Thaxtons have been open hearted their whole life. They have both taken kids from all kinds of life and took them into their house hold. Last few years Lois Thaxton and her husband Gerald Thaxton have gone through many scary changed. Gerald was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I met them in March where it was not that bad. But now the Alzheimer is kicking in heavy to where sometimes he forgets that he doesn't work anymore, or forgets his wife's name sometimes. Just 2 days ago he fell and had to go into the ICU where they did not allow the wife to even go and see him. They have their 58th anniversary on Novemeber 3rd! Lets help make this one special! They have taken care of their neighbor hood and now I feel it's time for us to show them that all their hard work and dedication never went unnoticed.
